This particular scheme claims that Obama wasn’t born in Hawaii therefore he cant be the President……..The funny thing is this didn’t come up while he was in Senate even-though you have to be an American citizen to run for any public office!!!!!!!
The embarrassing thing is every judge who this came before dismissed this as nothing more than radical propaganda, except for the only AFRICAN AMERICAN JUSTICE!!!!! No pun intended!!! lol

Supreme Court Rejects Obama Birthplace Case

The Supreme Court has declined to hear the Donofrio case regarding whether Obama meets the constitutional citizenship requirements to be president of the United States. Other cases are still on the docket, like one from Alan Keyes, arguing that Obama was born in Kenya rather than Hawaii or that he is actually a citizen of Indonesia. Do not expect them to be heard either.
We need to give this a rest, folks. Regardless of whether the case actually has merit, the Supreme Court is not going to undo an election.
Let’s drop this and get on to other things. The mainstream media never belittled Truthers and those who clung to some sort of conspiracy about Bush’s National Guard service, but they will use this issue as another excuse to paint conservatives as wacko conspiracy nuts. Don’t give the liberals or the mainstream media the opportunity to do this.
We need to concentrate on getting a conservative majority in congress in 2010 and a real conservative president elected in 2012. The time to start is now. Worrying about where Obama was born just wastes time that could be put to better use.

1 From Oj feeling that he could strong arm some white people for items that have a history of causing arguments (memorabilia), with weapons and entourage in tow, with all intentions of (at least) scaring the shit out of (aka terrorizing) somebody.
In other words, this was some gangsta sh*t in the judge and jury’s eyes, especially after listening to the tapes and having all the evidence layed out before them.
2 From the judge’s side, it was ugly because she mentioned him calling the Goldman’s the “gold diggers,” even though it was on the tape submitted as evidence, it really had nothing to do with the trial. That’s gotta be something he calls those folks 20 times a day! What would you expect from anyone who loses in a civil case costing him a lot of money for a murder that he wasn’t convicted of. Let’s just be sensible.
3 Man could someone explain to me why his lawyer didn’t get the tapes thrown out, weren’t they illegaly recorded? Man you gotta keep some lawyer money on deck nowadays huh? We miss you Johnny (Cochran)
