Late in the spring of 2012, Juicy J released his “Bands a Make Her Dance” track. The song initially was included on Juicy J’s mixtape, Blue Dream & Lean. DJ Scream hosted the mixtape that would gain much acclaim in later months. “Bands a Make Her Dance” gained success late in the summer of 2012, with Lil Wayne and 2 Chainz jumping on the track.
Juicy J decided to package “Bands a Make Her Dance” with Lil Wayne and 2 Chainz as the official single. Now, Juicy J is preparing to deliver his Stay Trippy album, his third solo studio album and “Bands a Make Her Dance” is the first single. With 2013 in full swing, there are no signs of slowing down from “Bands a Make Her Dance.”
The biggest possible news for Juicy J came before the first week of 2013 was over and it deals with his breakout single. Earlier today, Juicy J learned “Bands a Make Her Dance” had been certified gold by the RIAA. Via Twitter, Juicy J spoke on this saying he is surprised by the song’s success, seeing how it was recorded in a Washington, DC apartment.
