On the other hand, one starts to contemplate whether all is as it seems and it makes sense that Wayne should receive royalties from his work. Is he suing the right parties though?
Finally Getting Into The Swing of Things
Man, this cold really has had me slippin’ on my postings, so I’m taking this weekend to tighten up a bit around here. Things are starting to get a little busier as far as the news and the rate that our lives are changing. Never really realized how many people aren’t informed, that’s dangerous. Keepin’ you in the know.
One thing that always shocks people is the amount of violence going on these days, gun sales are up everywhere. One place where this has always been a reality is New Orleans, though many have the slightest idea what goes on in the Big Easy. Let’s just say this, maybe you thought you knew, but trust me, you have no idea. 60 day murders? Codes of silence like no other, Falujah-style murders, and how are these cats able to talk so freely about this?

The situation is quite sad on all sides.
1 From Oj feeling that he could strong arm some white people for items that have a history of causing arguments (memorabilia), with weapons and entourage in tow, with all intentions of (at least) scaring the shit out of (aka terrorizing) somebody.
In other words, this was some gangsta sh*t in the judge and jury’s eyes, especially after listening to the tapes and having all the evidence layed out before them.
2 From the judge’s side, it was ugly because she mentioned him calling the Goldman’s the “gold diggers,” even though it was on the tape submitted as evidence, it really had nothing to do with the trial. That’s gotta be something he calls those folks 20 times a day! What would you expect from anyone who loses in a civil case costing him a lot of money for a murder that he wasn’t convicted of. Let’s just be sensible.
3 Man could someone explain to me why his lawyer didn’t get the tapes thrown out, weren’t they illegaly recorded? Man you gotta keep some lawyer money on deck nowadays huh? We miss you Johnny (Cochran)
